Bill Holter: It takes two for it to be a conspiracy

Barclays Bank shouldn't be made the scapegoat for gold market manipulation, market analyst Bill Holter writes today, because there is so much more to it than that. Holter, who writes for the Miles Franklin coin and bullion dealership in Minnesota and GATA Chairman Bill Murphy's Internet site of market commentary, LeMetropoleCafe.com, writes that the gold price suppression scheme "will come down on the day that China is told, 'Sorry, we cannot deliver any more gold.' This will happen on its own or the Chinese can force it with an outsized order. It doesn't matter which occurs first because the outcome will be the same. We will live with a much much higher price of gold and a financial system that implodes because confidence evaporated."
