GATA Chairman Bill Murphy, interviewed by GoldSeek Radio's Chris Waltzek, notes that the collusion of bullion bank traders disclosed this week by Deutsche Bank in the class-action federal lawsuit in New York is exactly what he, GATA Board of Directors member Adrian Douglas, and London metals trader Andrew Maguire brought to the attention of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission at its hearing in March 2010. Of course the CFTC, while it has subpoena powers, did nothing about it.
