L’inflation en Inde a dépassé les 8% annuels au cours du mois de Juillet, selon le ministre des finances Indien Prana Mukherhjee. Hors énergie, dont les prix ont augmenté de 12.12 %.

L’Inde est le premier acheteur d’or physique au monde, particulièrement lors de la saison des mariages, qui débute en Automne.

Il parait raisonnable de penser que l’augmentation de l’inflation conduira à une forte demande d’or en Inde ces prochains mois.
