Really? At $1600/ozt it works out to about 26 troy tons or 21.4 short tons. That is just over 1/3rd the payload capacity of a Boeing 767-300 or about 1 tractor-trailer load. But a better choice would probably be a couple of C-130s with the gold loaded on A-22 pallets.
