Too many big businesses get away with skirting a lot of govt regulation. While the little business has to stick to these regulations like glue or else be fined and hung out to dry. Certain regulations make it almost impossible for the small business, while the big businesses carry on with the govt looking the other way. Im sure it amounts to money in many politician's pockets in the short and long run.
