Well with dental costs basically beyond reach of mere mortals I suspect people will have to pay for a procedure with a gold fill swap for say... mercury/lead/copper/leave a hole, or chewing gum, Sir?

Beginning of the headline :With the price of gold being so high, how does a person make arrangements for their gold fillings and/or caps to be removed after their death and left to their heirs? If it is written in a will wouldn't the person be dead and buried or cremated before the family might know? How many fillings and/or caps would make it worthwhile?
