Powell, are you serious here? The smoking gun is that the CME has stated that central banks and governments
use futures contracts? Seriously, Zero Hedge discloses this fact by reading a 10k filing? Like this is some fantastic news
unknown to man and Zero Hedge is heroic in reporting this?
The ignorance displayed in this writing is astounding Powell!
Have you ever in your life read a single CFTC report? The activity of central banks is clearly disclosed in these reports
and have been categorized and documented since January 2006.

Really Powell, you are an embarrassing read.
