Bonjour,

Pour ma part, déjà propriétaire (j'ai un crédit, je ne suis pas Crésus), j'ai acheté un appartement, bord de mer, en Espagne, pour une bouché de pain, face à la mer. Ca m'aurait couté 5 fois ce prix en France ! Mais maintenant, j'ai un pied à terre pour les vacances, et un but pour ma retraite (si je peux la prendre un jour !)
