L'idée semble bonne mais l'impression de monnaies n'en réduit elle pas sa valeur ? La réponse est Oui.
La planche à billets n'est donc pas la bonne idée mais c'est tellement facile...
Les américains par exemple fusillent le dollar. Tant mieux pour l'Euro. Mais l'Europe ne fait pas mieux.
