Your story reminds me of The Lottery James: the numbers keep lining up for the Little Wins while the Jackpot keeps building. Sooner or later, all the numbers are gonna line up ~ and then the Big Event throws in The PowerBall ! ! It's mathematically impossible to avoid because, as the saying goes "Somebody's gotta win."
