I like most of the article -
Obama is an intelligent, articulate man but I'm not sure that anyone elected to that office can make the changes to correct the big problems of the day. Either party continues to be beholden to the Federal Reserve and the monied interests in Wall Street.
I usually prefer conservative candidates who seem to share idea of a smaller, limited Federal Govt. and more authority at state level, but it looks like there is no turning back to the beginning - the Federal Govt. seems to haver reached critical mass and is just growing out of control. The media and Big Labor seem to want to keep the ball rolling that way, which makes it even harder to control the growth.
It's a complicated problem with many variables - the problems I would fix first would be to return to an honest money system and eliminate the income tax.
