1st, he already told you that he does not have an answer, so your "How?" question has already been addressed. 2nd, there is this concept known as "peak oil". You should perhaps read a book or something. Drilling here, there and everywhere does not solve the fundamentals despite some dingbat part time governor's opinion.

Finally, there is this amazing invention called a "railroad". It moves great masses of goods and people at a significantly smaller cost than a horseless carriage. Someday, you may even see such a miraculous contraption in the wilds of banjo state America.
