Dear Dr. Paul, but you are not living in a free country anymore; you live in a police state. At the moment you have so many organizations looking after your safety that it is not safe anymore. You have also many organizations looking after the well being of your investors, which is the reason that it is also not nice to invest in the US anymore. Everything is getting over regulated nowadays.
However, I agree completely with your approach regarding al the governmental influences which is killing all entrepreneurship and the majority of starting businesses.
