Excuse my ignorance... I'm British. Why the reference to the Transports, which appears to be quite a specific, specialist, niche even, index? For watchers of markets as a whole, is this representative? I only ask because I see a lot of comment about bearish patterns (long term) in the broader indexes eg a megaphone top in the DJI. The Transports is not an index I know well. Could it really buck the trend if the wider market tanks? Thanks.
