>Matt Taibbi and Eliot Spitzer Discuss Eric Holder's (and Obama's) Failure: Credibility Trap  - Jesse - Jesse's Cafe
I have Glens books and he does a fair job of describing what has been going on for a very long time. The problem of course is not limited to any one political party or administration. The federal laws give cash bonuses to agents and anyone involved in prosecution and convection of anyone who is not in favor with the Justice Department because anyone at anytime can be prosecuted for something. Mailed a letter lately? well that is mail fraud just for an example. The J D gives approval to any investigation and prosecution because if not every little person in the country would be prosecuted because agents want their cash bonus so investigations and prosecutions are limited so as not to start and all out revolt. To insure its high rate of convection the JD only prosecutes the pushovers and of course pays bribes to jurors and judges and perpetrates extortion on the “uncooperative”. Anyone facing a federal court should ask for a bench trial when a matter of law is in question because jury’s are subject to bribery and are in general potato heads when it comes to the law. Better to attempt to get justice in a State court because there is none in the federal system. Money talks and so it goes this way “agree to pay us a billion dollar penalty and we can for get the matter” response “heck yah we made that must last week.” No one ask “who gets that billion dollar penalty”? The president gets his fair share as well. This whole criminal system is coming to an end and it will not be pretty how it all goes down.
