Nothing new here. Commodity prices go up and they go down. Some mining project developments have recently been put on hold but there are huge current orders on the books. Further china is not the only country that buys resources. Aust also sells huge amounts of agriculture products. Oz is in a much better position for the coming downturn and house prices have started to go up in a complete opposite to the Mish predictions
