They are a fiddly little coin and fairly useless.

In OZ we have abandoned the 1 and 2 cent coins ages ago and sales are simply rounded up or down to the nearest 5 cents.

You can your own back on the system by putting $10.02 petrol in the tank and paying $10.00. Cash of course!
