Il faudrait commencer par reconnaitre le vote blanc comme un vote en temps que tel.

(Exemple le plus simpliste possible. 7 votants, 2 candidats (A et B).
Résultats A: 3 votes, B: 2 votes, Blanc: 2 votes.
Soit respectivement 42,86%, 28,57% et 28,57% et non pas 60% pour A et 40% pour B.)

Le système actuel "oublie" une quantité non négligeable de votants!
