The ECB QC is not intended to bring economic recovery. It is about purchasing sovereign debt from european banks which will decrease in value should the FED dare to raise rates and as such it is nothing more than the result of FED action. Economic recovery in Europe is not possible under the present central bank regime and the existing omnipresent over indebtedness.

I have read better analysis from Adrian: Greece is in an extremely strong position and the EC has to give in. If Greece leaves and defaults on its debt it might become as successful as Iceland and Spain and Italy will be eager to follow in which case the EC will experience a RUD. Greece could also and is already preparing to do so, block the sanctions against Russia which will save the EC billions which than can...
