In May 2008, Black Pearl obtained TSX Venture Exchange approval and closed
the transaction to acquire Quebec Lithium near Val D’Or, Quebec from IAMGOLD
Corporation ("IAMGOLD"). Black Pearl Minerals has issued six million shares to
IAMGOLD and paid $350,000 in cash as well as IAMGOLD's costs to complete
the transaction. |
