The Mokambo Project is situated in the Zambian Copperbelt, 90km northeast of Ndola, and forms a narrow strip of 25km2 running along the border between Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)

History of the Mokambo Project |
The area was investigated by drilling during the 1950’s by a Mufulira based team and more recently by a Romanian Company, Geomin, in the 1970’s. Geomin’s (non-JORC) global resource estimate was 41Mt grading 1.72% copper.
