The Middle River property is located in the Bathurst Mining Camp 18 kilometers ('kms') west of the city of Bathurst, New Brunswick. It is accessible by Hwy 180, a paved all-weather road that links Bathurst with St. Quentin.

|
Interest in the property comes from the property's proximity to the super-class Brunswick#12 VMS deposit and an extension of the favourable Brunswick#12 mine horizon beneath the property. Compilation of the historical exploration work indicated that several priority gold and VMS geophysical and geochemical targets remained unexplained.
