Red Rock signed an agreement in July 2009 with Kansai mining corporation. Red Rock can acquire up to 60% of Mid-Migori Mining Company, the Kansai subsidiary set up to develop the project and which owns the beneficial title and mining rights of the tenements. |

The project consists of Special Prospecting Licences (SPL’s) 122 and 202 covering 310.5 square kilometers of the Migori Greenstone Belt within the Migori District, Nyanza Region in south-western Kenya, on the eastern shores of Lake Victoria.
