Location of the Warrentinna Project
The Warrentinna gold project is located 60km northeast of Launceston in north eastern Tasmania. It comprises two contiguous tenements for 168 sq kms.

History of the Warrentinna Project
It covers four historic goldfields of Warrentinna, Forester, Southern Cross and Waterhouse. These goldfields were worked from the late 1800s to the mid 1900s. Gold was taken from surface and underground workings that accessed high-grade quartz lodes.

Geology of the Warrentinna Project
The geology of the Warrentinna project is similar to that of the Victorian goldfields in south eastern Australia. These have produced over 30 million ounces of gold since the 1850s.
