The Bootleg property consist of 184 units (11,200 acres) situated 5.0 km from Cominco's world class Sullivan orebody, within the same package of rocks.

History of the Bootleg Project |
Preliminary work completed in 1996-1998 identified drainages within the property anomalous in basemetal
values. In January, 2000, Eagle Plains signed a Letter of Intent with Rio Algom Exploration Inc.
whereby Rio Algom could earn a 60% interest in the property by carrying out $2,000,000 in exploration
expenditures and making cash payments of $310,000 to the company over 4 years.
