On 18 June YTC announced it had reached agreement to purchase a 100% interest in the Hera Project and an 80% interest in the adjacent Nymagee Joint Venture, from CBH Resources Ltd.

Location of the HERA Project
The Hera Deposit is a high grade gold bearing polymetallic deposit of the Cobar style, located 100 kilometres south east of Cobar

History of the HERA Project
The Hera deposit was discovered in 2001 and advanced to pre-feasibility in the period 2002 to 2006.

Geology of the HERA Project
Drilling has so far identified a number of broadly parallel narrow lenses of mineralisation comprising pyrrhotite, sphalerite, galena, pyrite and chalcopyrite with visible gold. Mineralisation has been intersected from 100 metres to 600 metres below surface over a strike length of 600 metres
