The Wolf property is located in the southeast Yukon 90 km southeast of Ross River, 40 km west of Teck Cominco's Kudz Ze Kayah deposit, and 65 km west of the Wolverine deposit.

Early work in the area was by Newmont (1955), Hesca Resources (1972), Newmont (1976), Amax (1982), YGC (1990), Cominco (optioned from YGC 1992 -- 1993).
