DPM has acquired 100% of Vatrin Investment Limited (“Vatrin”), a private entity which holds 100% of Deno Gold Mining Company (“Deno Gold”).

Location of the Kapan Project
The Deno Gold operations are situated in the town of Kapan, approximately 320 kilometres south east of Yerevan, the capital city of the Republic of Armenia (“RA”). Deno Gold’s principal underground mining operation is located on the Shahumyan concession.
