Alexandria Minerals holds a significant land position in the Val d’Or Mining District, which has produced more than 23 million ounces of gold during the past century. The Val d’Or District straddles the Cadillac-Larder Lake Break, a regional fault zone that has produced more than 100 million ounces of gold from world-class mines in northwestern Quebec and neighboring Ontario

History of the Orenada Project |
The properties have been explored by various operators since the 1930s, with at least 680 holes drilled on the most advanced projects since that time. Other recent work includes geophysical and geochemical programs, trenching, and underground exploration and development in some cases.

Geology of the Orenada Project |

The property straddles the Cadillac Break and covers the area from the Centre Post
Intrusion in the north, well into the Pontiac Group sedimentary rocks to the south. Three gold
zones are known to exist on the property.
