The Klipsringer Joint Venture (“KJV”) is a joint venture project currently held 56% by Southern Era (the operator) and 44%
held by Naka, a South African registered BEE company. Nare holds an interest in the KJV via a 45% interest in Naka, which
gives Nare an effective 20% of the KJV. |

The KJV is comprised of several contiguous farms situated in the NorthernProvince of the RSA, approximately 30 km east of the town of Mokopane. Mokopane is situated 60 km south of the capital city of the Northern Province, Polokwane, on the main tarred road (N1) between Johannesburg and Polokwane.

The KJV farms contain a small kimberlite pipe which has been mined out (the Marsfontein M1 pipe), and a set of kimberlite fissures with a few associated kimberlite blows
