This notice is given under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) in relation to the issue of fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (Shares) to the Lender , following the conversion of $165,000 of outstanding debt into Shares, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Funding Facility announced to ASX on 30th April 2015.
