Shoreham AGM Results

LANGLEY, CANADA, December 1, 2010 - Shoreham Resources Ltd. ("Shoreham") (TSX-V: SMH) held its annual general meeting (the "AGM") in Vancouver, British Columbia on Tuesday, November 30, 2010. The following directors were elected at the AGM and at a subsequent Board of Directors meeting, the following reconstitutions and/or appointments were made:

Warren Stanyer � Director, Chair and Member of the Audit Committee, and Member of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Stanyer has 15 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry and has served as President, CEO and a director of Northern Continental Resources Inc., a director of Nevada Sunrise Gold Corporation and ESO Uranium Corp., and Corporate Secretary and Vice-President of Pioneer Metals Corporation and UEX Corporation.

Brian Walker � Director, Chair and Member of the Compensation Committee, and Member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Walker has been in business for 40 years and is currently self-employed; Mr. Walker has been a director of Helijet International Inc. for 30 years and a director of Northwest Mettech Corp. Nanotechnology for 2 years, his duties include being a part of the audit committee for both companies.

Dave Jenkins � Director, and Member of the Audit Committee. Mr Jenkins is a registered professional geologist with more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry, including an extensive background with corporate management and exploration in central and South America.

Neil Allen � Director, and Member of the Compensation Committee. Mr.. Allen has 25 years experience in the IT field working in the IT services, financial, education and the oil and gas sectors. Neil also spent nine years working for the Vancouver Stock Exchange in a wide variety of roles.

David Bending � President, and Chief Executive Officer; and

Gelly Gnissios � Corporate Secretary.

David Bending, President and Chief Executive Officer of Shoreham, the Board of Directors and the shareholders of the Company wish to thank Mr. Terrence Schorn and Mr. George Orr for their services to the Board of Directors over the past year, to Ms. Karmelle Haynes for her services as Corporate Secretary, and to Mr. Peter Guichon for his services as Chief Financial Officer. At this time the Board of Directors are currently considering qualified candidates for the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Shareholders representing 38.7% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company attended the AGM in person or by proxy.
