Commerce Resources Corp. (TSXv: CCE)(FSE: D7H)(OTCQX: CMRZF) is pleased to announce that it has amended its option agreement with Canadian International Minerals Ltd. (TSXv: CIN), allowing Canadian International to acquire a 100% interest in the Carbo Rare Earth Property in British Columbia.
Under the amendment, Canadian International will immediately acquire a 100% interest (from 75%) in the Carbo Property by issuing an additional 8,000,000 common shares to Commerce. Commerce will retain its 2% NSR royalty on the property with no buyback right.
