Analysts Report on UEC's Latest News
Dear Shareholder,
Two analysts have issued updating reports on UEC in response to the Companys news release on April 26th announcing an Inferred mineral resource of 2.839 million pounds U3O8 at the Companys Salvo Project in South Texas.
David Talbot, the uranium analyst with respected Dundee Capital Markets, noted the following Company highlights:
We re-iterate our BUY recommendation for UEC with a 12-month share price target of US$6.00
The Salvo projectrepresents a third project in its pipeline of low cost projects. We estimate that Salvo already has the ability to add several years of feed to the Hobson ISR plant as one part of a larger operation. We view this project as very important to Uranium Energy
"Resource growth adding value per share - UEC doesn't overpay for its acquisitions and its organic growth has been positive for its shareholders. Resources have increased 105% over the past two years. Resources per 1,000 shares have increased 42% over the same period. This is positive as many companies actually dilute its shareholders."
Analyst, Alka Singh, with Jennings Capital Inc, made the following statements in her report:
Re-iterating our BUY recommendation and 12-month share target price of US$7.25
Uranium Energy Corp announced that an updated, NI 43-101 Report on the Salvo Project, located in Bee County, Texas is in the process of being completed. The project now hosts Inferred Resources of 1.2 million tons grading 0.08% U308. Phase-two drilling has commenced and will continue through the summer in order to bring much of the resource in to the Measured and Indicated categories, and to further expand the resource.
