Anitua extends support for Axiom
Axiom Mining Ltd ('Axiom' or 'the company') is pleased to announce that the AU$5 million unsecured loan from Anitua Ltd ('Anitua') has been converted to equity at $0.02 per share with Anitua now holding 6.93% of the issued capital in the company.
The agreement with Anitua announced to the ASX on 30 December 2014 included an unsecured AU$5 million loan and a strategic partnership for the Isabel Nickel Project.
Axiom CEO Mr Ryan Mount said, "Anitua's agreement with us to convert repayment of the loan into fully paid ordinary shares in our company at a premium of 82% demonstrates their confidence in the Isabel Nickel Project.
"Axiom remains committed to achieving the target of establishing production by late 2015 with the support of partners such as Anitua."
Anitua Executive Director Mr Colin Vale said, "Anitua is focused on ensuring Axiom delivers on its development plans for the Isabel Nickel Project.
"We are excited to be working with Axiom on such a significant project for Solomon Islands."
