Doublestar Resources Announces Change of Date of Shareholders' Meeting

- Vancouver, British Columbia - Doublestar Resources Ltd. ("Doublestar
") (TSX‑V: DSR) announces that further to its news releases of March 1, 2007 and April 11, 2007, its Annual General & Special Meeting originally scheduled to be held on June 12, 2007 to approve, among other things, the merger with Selkirk Metals Corp., will now be held on July 12, 2007. Accordingly, the formal information circular describing the transaction will not be delivered to Doublestar's shareholders until on or around June 15, 2007.
