The executive summaries were prepared by the Company's independent reserves evaluator RPS Energy and are dated April 29, 2014. The reserves, resources and associated valuations in these executive summaries are consistent with the Statement of Reserves Data and Other Oil and Gas Information (form NI 51-101F1) filed on April 15, 2014 with an effective date of December 31, 2013.
