All of the director nominees set out in the management information circular were re-elected as directors to serve until the next annual general meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed. Darnley Bay also announces that the exercise price of a total of an aggregate of 5,700,000 stock options granted on January 31, 2013, February 13, 2013 and February 28, 2013, have been amended to increase the exercise price to $0.10. The original exercise price of the stock options was $0.05, which was contrary to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, necessitating the amendment to the exercise price.
