APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Sundance Resources Limited (ASX: SDL ? ?Sundance?) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr John Carr-Gregg as General Manager Corporate Services and Company Secretary.
Mr Carr-Gregg has an extensive corporate and legal background in the international resources industry, having held a range of senior executive positions including General Counsel of Renison Goldfields Consolidated Limited and General Counsel and Company Secretary of Straits Resources Limited (ASX:SRL).
He was most recently Company Secretary and General Manager, Company Secretariat and Commercial for Aristocrat Leisure Limited (ASX: ALL).
During his career, Mr Carr-Gregg has worked on exploration and mining projects in Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Madagascar, New Zealand, Iran, the United States and Australia and has been a solicitor in private practice (with Hunt and Hunt, N.G. Green & Co and Allens Arthur Robinson in Sydney). He is a member of the New York Bar and a solicitor in New South Wales.
Commenting on the appointment, Sundance?s CEO, Mr Don Lewis, said: ?I am very pleased to welcome John to our executive team, where he will assume responsibility for corporate administration both in Australia and at our subsidiary company, Cam Iron, in Cameroon. John will strengthen and enhance the Company?s investor relations and corporate governance functions at an important time as we progress to the next stage in the development of a world-scale iron ore business at the Mbalam Project in West Africa.?
Mr Alec Pismiris has resigned as Company Secretary but remains a Director of the Company.
Mr Carr-Gregg will be the person nominated under Listing Rule 12.6 for communication with ASX with regard to listing rule matters. ENDS
