Ventures Ltd. (TSX:RDV) is pleased to announce
that Neil Jones has been appointed to the position of Vice President, Human
Resources. Mr. Jones will be responsible for human resource and
organization development strategies for Redcorp
and its subsidiary companies. He will also be instrumental in
organizing and implementing the rotational work schedules, travel logistics
and community and First Nation relations policies for the developing Tulsequah Chief Mine operations, owned and operated by
the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Redfern
Resources Ltd.
Mr. Jones has over 28 years experience specifically in the areas of
recruitment, training, employee relations and human resource
management. Most recently he acted in the capacity of Human Resources
Superintendent for the Eskay Creek Mine of Barrick Gold Corporation in northwestern
British Columbia. Prior to joining the Eskay
Creek Mine operations Mr. Jones was a senior level consultant or principal
in a number of human resource management firms.
