Brodeur Project Update

Vancouver, B.C. - Diamondex Resources Ltd. (DSP-TSX.V) ("Diamondex") is
pleased to announce that the field component of the 2007 exploration
program for the Brodeur Project has now been completed. (See
www.diamondex.net for project location and details.)

The exploration program consisted of ground geophysics, till and stream
sediment sampling and diamond drilling. A total of 700 line kilometres
of ground magnetics were completed over 18 ground grids that
encompassed an area of approximately 20 square kilometres. The
exploration area includes the Tuwawi and Nanuk kimberlites as well as
the Kuuriaq kimberlite corridor.

A total of 512 till and stream sediment samples were collected over the
project area and are currently being shipped to Overburden Drill
Management Ltd. in Ottawa for processing. The resulting heavy mineral
concentrates will be picked for kimberlite indicator minerals by
Diamondex's mineralogical staff.

A recently completed 2,200 metre diamond drill program was undertaken
to better define the geometry of the Tuwawi kimberlite body and to
extract sufficient kimberlite to allow for estimations of potential
diamond grades and quality. A total of 3,110 kilograms of hypabyssal,
fine to medium grained macrocrystic kimberlite was collected from 12
tests that intercepted Tuwawi. A drill hole designed to test the Tuwawi
Deep target which was outlined by ground magnetic and gravity surveys
was abandoned due to drilling difficulties and will be re-tested during
the 2008 drill program.

In addition to the Tuwawi drill program, 14 tests were completed over
the Nanuk and Kuuriaq target areas with kimberlite intercepted in nine
of the holes (preliminary models will be available on the website in
the near future).

Kimberlite from all drill targets, a total of 3,325 kilograms, has been
delivered to Kennecott Canada's Exploration Inc's. (KCEI) Processing
Laboratory in Thunder Bay, Ontario, for caustic fusion processing and
diamond recovery. Results are expected by year end.

With 2007 project expenditures of $2.3 million ($5.5 million to date),
it is expected that by the end of the fiscal year, Diamondex will have
spent in excess of $6 million on the project and earned a 100% interest
in the project.

David Clarke, P.Geol., MSc., Vice President of Exploration for
Diamondex Resources Ltd. is a Qualified Person as defined by National
Instrument 43-101 and is responsible for program design and quality
control of exploration undertaken by Diamondex Resources Ltd.

The Brodeur Project is centered on the northern half of the Brodeur
Peninsula of Baffin Island. Diamondex has the exclusive option to earn
a 100% interest in the property, subject to an underlying Property
Acquisition Agreement with Kennecott Canada Exploration Inc. The
property comprises 425,289 acres covering 165 claims and hosts three
known diamond bearing kimberlite bodies: Tuwawi, Nanuk, and Kuuriaq.
