CHANGE OF NAME TO CARBON ENERGY LIMITED & LISTING CODE TO ?CNX?

Metex Resources Limited is pleased to advise that pursuant to Shareholders approval obtained on 23 June 2008 and subsequent ASIC approval, Metex Resources Limited has changed its name to Carbon Energy Limited.

As from commencement of trade on Wednesday 16 July 2008 the Company will be listed as Carbon Energy Limited and trade under the code ?CNX? on the ASX.
