Diamonds North Closes Final Tranche Of Financing

VANCOUVER, July 22, 2010 - Diamonds North Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: DDN)
reports that the final portion of the non-brokered private placement
announced on June 15, 2010 has closed for gross proceeds of $390,000.
The Company has issued 1,950,000 flow-through common shares and paid
finders' fees of $27,300.
All the securities issued hereunder are subject to a four month hold
period and may not be traded until November 23, 2010.
