Title: Vault Minerals Confirms Mailing of Meeting Notice and Circular for its Proposed Amalgamation with Queenston

March 26, 2010 (Kirkland Lake, Ontario): VAULT MINERALS INC. (TSX-V: VMI) ("Vault" or the "Company") announces that it has now mailed to its shareholders and filed on SEDAR a Notice of Special Meeting and Management Information Circular ("Circular") dated March 22, 2010 setting out the items of special business to be considered at Vault's upcoming special meeting of its shareholders. Among other matters, the Circular includes details regarding the proposed amalgamation between Vault and 2236019 Ontario Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Queenston Mining Inc. as first jointly announced on March 5, 2010.

Vault shareholders are urged to carefully review the Circular and accompanying materials as they contain important information regarding the amalgamation and the rights and entitlements of the Vault shareholders in connection therewith.

The special meeting will be held at the offices of Aird & Berlis LLP, counsel to Vault, located at 181 Bay St., Suite 1800, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 2T9 commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on April 19, 2010.
