Cogitore Resources Inc. (the "Company") (News - Market indicators) announced today that Dr. Gérald Riverin is retiring as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective June 1, 2013. Dr. Riverin will remain on the Board of Directors and will be available for consultation by the Company.

The Board has appointed Mr. Mark Goodman, Company Chairman, as interim President and CEO. A search committee has been struck to conduct an executive search.
