CORRECTION FROM SOURCE: Yorbeau Intercepts 20.78 Grams Gold per Tonne Over 3 m (0.61 Ounces Gold per Ton Over 9.8 Feet) in Drilling on the Augmitto Block

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Sept. 24, 2007) - A correction from source is issued in respect to the news release published at 11:15 am ET today. In the title, we should have read: "...Gold per Ton Over 9.8 Feet" instead of "...Gold per Tonne Over 9.8 Feet". The complete and corrected version follows.

Yorbeau Resources Inc. (TSX:YRB.A) is pleased to provide the following update on its recently initiated 2007-2008 drilling program which is being carried out on the Augmitto, Cinderella, and Lac Gamble Blocks of the Company's Rouyn Property. Of particular note is that results to date demonstrate that high-grade gold mineralization occurs at shallow depths on the property.

Gold assays from holes 07-S-423 to 425, which are on the same section (5350E) as hole 07-S-426 (press release of August 20(th) 2007) have been received and compiled. The most promising section intersecting the lower zone B is observed in hole 07-S-425, which was drilled 15.5 m south of hole 07-S-426. This hole has returned a weighted average grade of 20.78 g/t Au over 3 meters (1.9 m true width) at a core depth of 33.0 to 36.0 meters. Visible gold is observed in quartz-carbonate-tourmaline veinlets in carbonatized and silicified ultramafic rocks (green carbonate ore). Disseminated sulfides (pyrite and arsenopyrite) are locally observed in the mineralized zone as in hole 07-S-426.

(i) Length along core axis

The presence of visible gold plus the extreme variability in assay results within given mineralized zones illustrate the prominent nugget effect present within them. The Company is cognizant of that and is utilizing screened-metallic assay method and larger volume samples (1-2 kg) to mitigate the effect.

Hole 07-S-424 which is 33.5 m south of hole 07-S-426 on section 5350E, also intersected the lower zone B in green carbonate ore and returned a weighted average grade of 5.02 g/t Au over 8.5 m (5.5 m true width) at a core depth of 12 to 20.5 meters, including a 2 m section along core axis averaging 7.3 g/t Au from 12 meters to 14 meters. Furthermore, hole 07-S-423 which is 54.5 m south of hole 07-S-426 also intersected the lower zone B and returned an average grade of

4.53 g/t Au over 1 m section along core axis at a core depth of 18 to 19 meters.

(i) Length along core axis

Of interest is the intersection of an Astoria style flow ore horizon located at a core depth of 81.90 meters to 82.30 meters in hole 07-S-426 that consists of a zone of massive and semi-massive bands of pyrite and arsenopyrite cross-cut by quartz-tourmaline veinlets and is very similar to Astoria flow ore. One sample returned a gold grade of 5.71 g/t over 0.4 m. This flow ore horizon was also intersected in hole 07-S-425 (15.5 m south of hole 07-S-426) and is located at a core depth from 69.40 meters to 71.20 meters where 2 gold specks were observed in a quartz veinlet giving a weighted average grade of 3.87 g/t Au over 1m along core axis.

The results reported in this press release are from the first phase of a minimum of 5,000 meters of definition drilling on the Augmitto Block intended to validate gold grades and the continuity of lower zone B. A drilling exploration campaign consisting of 10,000 meters will follow to target new gold structures and to demonstrate the continuity laterally and at depth of the mineralized zones comprising the Augmitto historical resources.

To date all 31 definition holes have been drilled, but gold assays results are only available yet for the first 7 holes (07-S-419 to 426) owing to a 4-5 weeks laboratory backlog. We look forward to reporting additional results on these and future holes as assays results are received.

The qualified person under National Instrument 43-101 who is responsible for the technical information in this press release is Paul Blanchet, geological engineer. Samples were analyzed at Laboratoire Expert at Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec using the metallics method.
