board of directors. Mr. Lecoq has a strong financial
background, having worked in the investment industry for over 30 years at Caisse de Depot et Placement du
Quebec, Gryphon Investment Counsel and PSP
Investments. In addition, Mr. Lecoq obtained his CFA
designation from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts and completed
the Investment Dealers Association Registered Representative Program.
