EL MOJON LICENCE UPDATE

Goldex Resources Corporation is pleased to announce that it has been granted an exploration license for the El Mojon concession

In a press release dated April 27, 2007, Goldex Resources Corporation (the �Company� or �Goldex�) reported 9 samples of quartz vein float which were found in the northwest corner of the El Pato II Concession that contained high-grade gold-silver mineralization.  Further sampling and reconnaissance style mapping work in the area encouraged Goldex to apply in November 2007 for two new concessions, El Morro and El Mojon, in an effort to identify the source of this mineralization.

The Guatemalan Ministry of Energy and Mines granted the El Morro Concession to Goldex on June 9, 2008, and it granted the El Mojon Concession to Goldex on October 27, 2008.  El Mojon is 48 km² in area and lies immediately north of El Pato II. 

Goldex is well funded to carry out the remainder of this year�s exploration and drilling programs.
