JNR Announces Granting of Stock Options/Directors Re-elected

Saskatoon, SK, August 13, 2010 -- JNR Resources Inc. (TSX:JNN) (the
'Company') announces the granting of incentive stock options to
thirteen individuals who are directors, officers, employees and
consultants of the Company to purchase up to 2,000,000 common shares in
its capital stock at a price of $0.25 per share, exercisable for a
period of five years.

The Company would also like to announce that at the Annual General
Meeting of the shareholders held on Friday August 13th, 2010, Richard
Kusmirski, Tracy Hurley, Dr. Leslie Beck, Ron Hochstein and David
Billard were all re-elected as directors and all proposed resolutions
were approved.
