1. Options. Acrex has granted share purchase options on 565,000 shares exercisable at $0.10 per share. These new options are essentially to replace 565,000 options which were granted in 2003 and expired in November, 2008.

2. SEC Deregistration. Acrex has filed a Form 15 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to deregister itself. Acrex, a few years ago, having received strong indications of U.S. investor interest, registered with the SEC as a foreign corporation and has, in the intervening years, filed Form 20-F Annual Reports with the SEC. To comply with the SEC annual requirements means incurring considerable expense. There has not been sufficient U.S. investor interest for some months to justify these ongoing expenses and, with the continuing downturn in the market, it is not expected that there will be significant U.S. investor interest in the foreseeable future. As Acrex currently has below the number of U.S. registered shareholders required to maintain its listing, and for reasons of fiscal prudence, it has concluded that it will be in its best interests and in the best interests of its shareholders to terminate its U.S. SEC registration.

   Acrex has been advised that, as a result of filing the Form 15, quotation of its shares on the U.S. Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board has been terminated and the shares are now trading on the U.S. Pink Sheets under the symbol "AXVEF.PK".

3. Termination of Property Option. Acrex has terminated the Option Agreement dated February 4, 2008 pursuant to which it acquired an option to earn up to 100% ownership of the mineral claims known as the Honeymoon Property -- located approximately 80 kilometers northeast of Kamloops, BC. The option was described in detail in Acrex's Release dated February 28, 2008.
